Based on the RxODE library as well as in-house custom-built software libraries, various (adaptive) trial designs using realistic patient covariate distributions can be evaluated a priori.
The BAST CTS can be provided with a graphical user interface allowing a project team to quickly evaluate different trial designs in real-time.
